Eye contact is one of the things th...GS -- I agree. Eye contact is one of the things that makes people sit up and listen. I suggested humor because, I feel humor is one of the easiest ways to engage your audience. The first few minutes of ice breaking can be done best by making them humorous so that the audience starts listening to you.
